Most SMBs and growth-stage companies don't need 30 engineers on a project. They need three or four senior people who can ship — and who'll still be here in six months when the system needs to evolve.
We built TWC to be that team. Independent, employee-owned, and small enough that the people who scope your work are the people who ship it. We work with one to two clients per principal at a time, which is why we don't have a sales team — and why our calendar is sometimes the bottleneck.
We're based in the United States, work on EST hours by default, and can extend to your time zones for major projects. Every engagement is contractual, US-domiciled, and built to be audited.
