About the role
You'll be the technical authority on cloud and platform across the studio. You'll define the patterns, ship the templates, and partner with engineering leads on hard infrastructure problems for our clients.
What you'll do
- Own the studio's AWS reference architecture and Terraform/CDK templates.
- Lead landing zone and platform setup on new client engagements.
- Define observability, alerting, and runbook standards.
- Mentor senior engineers on cloud patterns and cost discipline.
- Review production-readiness gates before client launches.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years infrastructure experience, 5+ on AWS at production scale.
- Fluent in Terraform or CDK; opinionated about IaC patterns.
- Comfortable in regulated environments (HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2).
- Track record of operating multi-account AWS organizations.
- Strong written communication and design-doc discipline.
